Your work space can only be accessed by
colleagues you set up as system users. Password protection allows
access only to those granted a valid password. User Identification
and passwords transmitted in the e-mail for auto login in are
encrypted to guard against e-mail theft. A forgotten password is
immediately emailed to the appropriate user, ensuring that it only
goes to the right user securely.
When you create a project, only the people you
explicitly place on the project team can access the project and
share its contents to the extent you decide. Giving you complete
control over who can view, modify, or add information to the system
is a standard feature.
